Bonding: Been watching a lot of Star Wars lately and noticed that everyone either doesn't know about the Millennium Falcon or thinks it's a piece of junk. Since Anakin is probably the best pilot is the Star Wars series (After Han, of course) I wonder, what he would think of the Falcon? So that idea, a "Meet the Parents" joke throw in there, I came up with this! Enjoy! Living on Kashyyyk: Anyone else bitter we didn't get a young Han Solo during ROTS? It prompt me to make my own head-canon for Han's back-story, sort of a combination of The Han Solo trilogy book series and George Lucas' plans for ROTS. Han was 7 when he and his parents were being chased by a bounty hunter. They crash-landed on Kashyyyk, where Han was the only survivor. After a few months living inside the wreck ship Han was found by the Wookies, who took him in. Despite missing his parents, Han lived happily with the Wookies until the Empire came and took them away too. A young Chewbacca took it upon himself to look out for the little boy, only one problem. Han can't seem to keep out of trouble. Here we have the aftermath of little Han trying to pet a prehensile-tailed porcupine (a real tree-dwelling porcupine) which ended with poor Chewie getting quilled. Don't worry Chewie, you'll only owe him a life debt later. Star Wars copyright to LucasFilms and Disney, All rights reserved ArtWork copyright to jilldraws, All rights reserved
Isolabella Cel Tradat: Back in middle school an old friend and I made a few Star Wars OC's. I've recently been revamping a few and here's the first one. Everyone meet Isolabella Cel Tradat, an energy vampire! ...No, really, they're a real thing in Star Wars. Mace Windu fought one in No Way Out Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures Vol. 9. She's the sassy newest member of the Millennium Falcon and Luke Skywalker's love interest. (no disrespect to Mara Jade, this is just my head canon) Voice: Christina Ricci (child and teen, think Wednesday from The Addams family movies) Amy Lee (adult) Star Wars copyright to LucasFilms and Disney, All rights reserved. Hey Jealousy: Obi-Wan Kenobi wasn’t the jealous type. Yes, he was envious of Qui-Gon’s attention to Anakin all those years ago but he chalked it up to immaturity. It was rather ridiculous for a 25-year-old to be upset he was getting less attention than a literal child. No, he had grown too much for that kind of insecurity. In fact, other masters were jealous of him. Thabisa was such a gentle and obedient padawan. Some still look down on her due to her mother’s betrayal of the Jedi, but all agreed: they wished their padawans behaved half as well. Obi-Wan was grateful for that - at least compared to Anakin - training Thabisa was easy. However, he noticed things, such as how whenever Kit Fisto was around, Thabisa would change. She became talkative, excitable, and just plain adorable. She would expressively ramble on about their latest war story to the Nautolan. Kit would just laugh and cheer the little Horansi cub on, sharing his own stories once she had finished. Stories that Thabisa, in turn, would listen to with excited attentiveness. Obi-Wan knew Jedi and the younglings they would find and bring to the temple had special bonds. Plo Koon and Ahsoka certainly did. Why would Kit and Thabisa be any different? However, he wonder why. Why would Thabisa only save this playful, happy side of herself for Fisto? Why never for him, her Jedi master? Why did Kit sometimes know things about Obi-Wan’s padawan that he, himself, didn’t even realize? Why did her eyes never sparkle when she saw him, like they did when she saw the Nautolan? No matter, after all… Obi-Wan Kenobi wasn’t the jealous type. Star Wars copyright to LucasFilms and Disney, All rights reserved ArtWork copyright to jilldraws.com, All rights reserved
